Once you complete your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be brought to our CE Registration page. The form on this page ensures we have all of the correct information needed for processing any CE hours earned at the event with your respective state(s).
For those who purchase multiple tickets, each ticket recipient will receive a separate confirmation email with a link to the CE registration page.
Purchasers only need to complete CE info for themselves.
Registrations to Nexus are final. However, we will do our best to remain flexible with regard to transferring tickets to another DC or applying tickets to future events.
If you purchased a ticket and later find yourself unable to attend, please send an email to continuingeducation@lifewest.edu specifying whether you’d like to apply your registration to the following year or transfer your ticket to another attendee.
If you decide to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please include their first name, last name and email address in your email to our CE department so we can correctly reassign the ticket.
